Dear sir,

I need to design VCA of freq 5.4 to 6.0 GHz by using PIN Diode.Any simulators are there to design for this type of circuits.

thanks and regards'

you can simulate this using RF simulation softwares like ADS form Agilent

i need how to design that one.I need explanation.

Hello,

You may find useful things both on simulation hints and practice at these links:

For your desired 5.4-6Ghz band you have to choose a suitable present day pin diode type which is characterised with all its nonlinear and linear parameters from the manufacturer to be able to include it into a simulator software.
