Does someone know how to make a voltage-controlled attenuator for a 100KHz signal?It would be better if the attenuation resolution is high, so that I can change the attenuation easily.
 

Using a FET as a voltage variable resistor maybe a simple solution.
By changing gate bias you can vary the "resistance" between drain
and source. Hope this helps.

Hi,

In addition to FET you can also use PIN diode. It is widely used for the design of Automatic Gaining Control as control element.
