Murali, No one gives "Industrial training" for jobs.... Key to get "good" jobs is to do whatever you are doing with utmost interest and love. Select a practical case for your intern assessment and dissertation project. Industrial tours/ trainings are only waste of time and money (at least in this part of the world)...
