Virtuoso installation - error msg

Well thanks for checking out my post.

I've installed Cadence IC6.17 and when I go to launch virtuoso I get:

virtuoso: ERROR: The command /opt/cadence/oa_v22.50.036/bin/sysname returned an error status:
unknown
virtuoso: INFO: Note that OpenAccess (OA) requires running the Configure phase.
virtuoso: See the "OpenAccess Installation and Configuration Guide" before
virtuoso: you complete the configuration step. This manual is included with
virtuoso: the Cadence product documentation.

No I've tryed inbashrc

export OA_HOME=$CDSDIR/oa_v22.50.036

and

export OA_HOME=$CADHOME/oa_v22.50.036

Any ideas where I've gone wrong much appreciated.

Try to reinstall or just reboot data file.
