can anybody give me a help on how to simulate verilog-a?

You must find a simulator which support the Verilog-a block. You can
try the HSIM, nanosim, eldo.

You can also try EverCAD's ADiT.
It now supports Verilog-A.

ncverilog , ADMS and nanosim support verilog-a

if you are using C@dence, you can simulate the verilog-a block with spectre/-S, just like all other circuits.

If you want to run verilog-a in Cadence, you must install AMS designer.
