This fatal error should only occur when the -NOVIFCPARMCHK elaborator option was used
to override the datatype error that is detected when a virtual interface is assigned to
an interface instance with a different parameter set. To avoid this fatal error the
interface access should be wrapped inside a task or function, inside the interface,
which is then called through the virtual interface, where the formal arguments must
be declared at the maximum width.
