Hi everyone!....
Im doing GPS (LATTITUDE, LONGITUDE) based navigation system project!...
In our camplus, blind school is running,..... this project contribute to those students for identifying -HOSTELS, CLASSROOMS, TOILETS etc

OUTPUT: Pre-Recorded Audio Signal,
LOCAL MAP based on GPS result,
but i never found step-by step accurate lattitude& longitude updatation,
which GPS device suitable for this project?
any alternate technology?

The current technology available do not provide sufficient resolution for that application. Considering that this is intended to use within a specific place, instead of using an OEM-based GPS, you could think about making your own positioning system.

hi andre,
how to make own positioning system?

As said, GPS positioning systems have not enough resolution to be used to guide persons through ways. The first and simplest thing that comes to mind is something based on a vision system identifying lines ( invisible to human kind ) painted on the floor to determine if one are walking along the route, constantly recommending minor left-righ adjustments along the way. On this case, you could consider using the conventional GPS just to warn when that the person is getting out of the path bounds and also to notify when they are close to key points.
