unit cell surface impedance example question

Hello, I am looking for a metagrating unit cell , could be a slot or a wire in which i could radiate plane wave on it and extract the surface impedance from it ,in CST.
I woud like to match the CST result with analitical formula.
Is there any manual i could use?
Thanks.
