hiii,

could anyone help me in finding out the cell view name for the thin oxide capacitor in UMC65nm library, its urgent please..

I don't have access to this UMC65nm library; if you can't find a dedicated PMOSCAP, why not simply use a PMOSFET instead?

ya i got the Pcapacitor but i need to know whether it is the thin oxide capacitor or not.

You can check if the layout view has the thick oxide layer.

You can find which layer this is by cross checking the layout of thinoxide and thickoxide pmos devices.

... i need to know whether it is the thin oxide capacitor or not.

You could find out via its specific capacitance: a 65nm thin oxide cap would provide a capacitance per area value of about 22 fF/(µm)2 .
A thick oxide cap would have much less.
