Ultrasonic Welding process

Dear users, Could you please support with understanding process of welding?
In our production we aer using US welding machine Herrmann.

It used to be following graphs of welding process Power - green, Force - red and Distance blue.

Now after maintenance( cleansing of booster and lifting of threads) we have following Graphs ( force graph is just line w/o any forces)

After that process of welding is running but not stable, dimensions of weld is not correct.

I do not see anu ideas in which way we should go?

Also i have attach scheme of machine.

Maybe someone could support.

Any ideas are appreciated.

The force line looks "pegged high" and the others, like oscillation
(like maybe a sensor is loose, contaminated, etc.).
