Could some one please give me a tutorial on oscillator simulation or PLL simulation in HSpice?

Can HSpice measure phase noise?

HspiceRF can simulate phase noise.
You can find some examples related to VCO and PLL in Hspice installation folder.

Seems after 2006 version, there is Hspice RF can do phase niose simulation.

hspicerf manual have tutorial, teach good, .sp netlist also there, try.
