How to tune the active RC filters?

The question is incomplete. It depends on the frequency range.
The most known methode is using a voltage controlled OA.
Example: BA6110 (obsolete).

For high frequency there is a different approach. Who knows a few methodes ?

I have designed sallen key high pass filter..The cutoff frequency is 1MHz..
Now I need to tune the R and C of this filter since the variation of these components are 20% in the silicon..I am looking for any proven method for this..

Tuning the capacitor or the resistor please.
actually ,the switched-capacitor tuning is usually proposed
