I want to model the transmission line with resistor, cap and inductor, so
I can simulate the E1 /T1 transeiver system, the bit rate is 2.048M/1.544Mbps.

Do you have any simple models about the coaxial cable and Twisted pair line, relative papers and books are also good.
thanks.

A book PSpice for Filters and Transmission Lines has been mentioned in the forum. Also the PSpice TLOSSY model does basically what you want. For an exact simulation of frequency dependant losses, you need √s skin effect term in series resistance. If you examine attenuation tables for common coaxial cables, you will see that they have a -10db/dekade (√f proportional) characteristics over a wide range.
