hello all...

i need help, i need your suggestion, please suggest the available transistor for HF PA design at 3 MHz - 30 MHz
with characteristic: gain flat or linear from 3 MHz - 30 MHz

application:radio HF
 

The MRF series once made by Motorola have stood the test of time. They are now made by another company. MRF150 is one example.
