Transformer Utilization Factor, TUF can be used to determine the VA rating of a transformer secondary.
Actually it is measure of merit of a rectifier circuit

\[TUF=\frac{V_{dc}I_{dc}}{V_s I_s}\] Where \[ V_s , I_s \] are the rms values
