hello all ;

i need to knew , if the transconductance of circuit (op amp with transistor MOS ) can be complex??

regards

Yes, from definition the transconductance is current divided by voltage and if you include frequency-dependent components in your calculation gm becomes complex, but normally at higher frequencies.

gm can be complex but it is normally defined as a scaler in product descriptions. The frequency depend components are listed in other parameters such as frequency response or phase shift.
