threshold voltage will it vary with shorter technology as compare to bigger technolog

Yes it will.

Threshold voltage

Long-channel Device
NMOS 800mV
PMOS 900mV

Short-channel device
NMOS 350mV
PMOS 350mV
 

as the channel length is directly proportional to the threshold voltage so it varies with it in real time
 

Okay thanx buddy....and plz can you explain me, with an example like for 130nm & 45nm how much is the difference...
 

it is better that we dont post the entire books in forums

you may browse through some renowned books that deal with semi conductor devices to solve it
