When I change the number of fingers or width of the transistos in Cadence, the total width, does not change properly. It works fine when w and f are numbers, but as soon as I use a variable for either of them, it messes up and the total width staye as it used to be and does not change accordingly. Changing the f or w back to numbers, does not change the total width anymore. Anyone with the same experience?

Re: The total width does not change properly by changing w o

the cadence version is not match with your PDK.

once u change the f r w of the device to variable the t.w. changes accordingly rite...
then if u change the w r f to numbers the tool will start adjusting ur t.w. according to the f r w.
