planar capacitor

Who could give me the formula to calculate the value of planar capacitor?
Thanks.

Re: planar capacitor

The basic parallel plate capacitor formula is:

A * K * 8.85 pF/m
C = ------------------- * (N - 1)
d
Where:
C is the resulting capacitance in pF.
A is area of the plates in square meters.
K is the dielectric constant.
8.85 pF/m is the permittivity of a vacuum.
d is plate separation in meters.
N is the number of plates.
