testing xilinx spartan board.

Hello guys,

I wrote a program (MUX, Encoder, Decoder) in a Verilog environment and copied it (.bit file synthesized by Xilinx, iMPACT) through JTAG to a Spartan-3 board.
Now what i want is to check or test this program whether is working on the board.

How to do it?
Pls help, i appreciate any help.

yeah, found some ideas that i can keep the way of using LEDs and oscilloscope.
let's say my output is reg A[0:3] (4 bit), how to display on LED?
