Testing a custom SRAM timing requirements

Hi I have a custom design SRAM, I would like to test its timing requirements. what all the tests should be done to check its performance?

Also, in a SRAM operation what should be the sequence of actions?
for ex. first give address and data at the same timer, then give write signal after set up time.

Who designed this SRAM? They should have the requiement/specification.

The fisrt thing - before design start - should be the a clear description of the requirements.

For a "custom" SRAM we can not give any recommendation at all. We don´t know any detail of this memory.
