ternary bicmos on pspice

Hello Everyone, I am a newbie just started working on my PROJECT in orcad PSPICE
Its urggent please some on help me out.
Can any one send me attachment of a simple CMOS inverter with pulse source as input. I tried it, my circuit is working for DC source, but not for the Pulse source, My output is showing out of range results,and also help me with what kind of simulation profile should i use, i have used transient analysis. lease help me out its v v urgent.

neither ternary nor BiCMOS

Seems you didn't connect the bulk nodes.

this is my ternary bicmos ckt, i am expecting a three stage output, the output is fine, but the voltage is dropped considerable, it should be between 9 and 5 but its in milli volts, is this noise out put or my output is degraded do much. help me out dude
