Why not use winrar to split the files??

The files cannot be concatenated using copy file1+file2 file command under windows xp sp3 cmd console...

You must use the /b parameter to concatenate the files

ex:
copy /b file1.pdf + file2.pdf + file3.pdf fileTotal.pdf
