Hey everyone. Does anyone have documentation or user guide for mbist from synopsys?
Can you please share this?

I am new in this topic, so I would like to hear your experience on implementing mbist in asic:

1) what memory checking algorithms does mbist use
2) what additional libraries should I use
3) is it possible to install mbist without jtag
4) is it possible to generate patterns for memory using tetramax atpg

Try getting Solvnet or for MBIST you need to have a valid SMS license so that you can check it in SMS release folder.
