sycronizing of two clock?

Greetings,
i have two clock source Clock A and Clock B
ClockA=1PPS(GPS output)
ClockB=1MHZ(TXCO)
how can i syncronize two clock source.

The best way to do it is by using DDS chip, like AD9851, to get an 1MHz signal. Then you have to use PLL and a microcontroller, f.e PIC. If You have questions about hardware and software for MCU feel free to ask.
Note by English is not the best.:D
