Switch mode power supply design help required!

hi,
i want to design switch mode power supply of following specs....

60volts 30 amp dc......with 0.001 resolution for both volt and current ....but need help regarding this huge 60v 30amp core design......any design guide will....:)
 

Which topology are you using?

Full-bridge?

This is an offline power supply with 220/230VAC input, right?

Full bridge...........but voltage and current need to be controlled from an MCU with 0.001 steps
