Dear all,

Anyone here knows how to sweep a variable of a model in ADS? I would like to simulate the impact of the saturation current of a diode in a rectifier at the output voltage. In this way, I would need two variables (RFPower and SaturationCurrent) and have a plot of VoutxRFPower for different Saturation Currents.

Thanks in advance!

If the model has been defined being as closed form with crypting, you can not change any variable in model file. But if you define intrinsically or has been defined as, you can change by assigining a variable.
