Hi all ,
It's a problem about 3.3v to 1.2v with no extra power consumption internal chip
for simple application, a digital chip of 0.13um only package with 3.3v IO.since incide of chip need 1.2v supply.so what can i do for simple reliable solution?
the only limit is power consumption, conventional way for 3.3v-->1.2v,like LDo, will make the total power of 1.2supply to 3.3v*I. while use 1.2v I/O only 1.2v*I. the difference is unreceivable 2.1*I .
