sharp vco

Hi Guys
Does anyone do research on how to soft the sharp v-f curve of VCO? Basically I am using a current starving oscillatr, the v-f curve is about 1mV will give 3 MHz frequency difference, can anyone give some suggestions on how to soften the curve. I would like 1Mv give 1Mhz or less.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
Thanks

v/f curve

Such a high Kvco is necessary? 1Ghz/V ?
Can you give some detailed parameters? Like oscillator freq, LC or Ring?

L=0.12u
W=0.64 for nmos

W=1.8 for pmos

What's the oscillator frequency ?
The parameters of inductor (L) and varactor(C) ?
