Hi,

I just finished the study in op-amps design from Razavi's book.
However, I feel not enough in some topics like CMFB, slew rate and some other practical issues.
Could you recommend me any other books like Allen or Meyer so that I can study further?

Thanks a lot!

Wang

Re: Op-Amp Design

Hi Wang,

Try this
" Analysis and Design of Analog Integrated circuits" - Fourth Edition by Grey/hurst/lewis/meyer

It has got some sections devoted for Fully Differential Opamps, CMFB etc.

I found it very useful!!

Regards,

Ramesh

Hey I highly recomm Johns and Martin's Analog book, which contains two chapters discussing opamp design. I'm sure you can find the solution manual here.
