I am pursuing M.TECH in DC plz suggest me some topic related to microwave or optical or neural network for desertation work.
 

I recommended you can research about nano-antenna in THz regime. I think, it is the best thing in the world.
 

work on Josephson junction and superconducting quantum interference devices (SQUIDs). It can be used as sensors, processors and many other things. Personally I think it reveals the future.
