This Subwoofer was made on Advance Electronic kits, which consist of:
  • power amplifier 200W (Holton)
  • active filter
  • softstart system

Power supply consists of Nippon capacitors 63V/3300uF (4 per side), transformer about 300W, voltage 2x42V via bridge 50A and capacitors +-60V.

Filter is equipped with cutting frequency control 50-150Hz, smooth phase shift and gain level adjustment.

Panel was made og 3mm thick plate. All holes were cut at home using a drill and file.

Housing was made of 20mm thick plate. Capacitanve is approximately 70l of free space. It was veneered with 0,6mm thick modified wenge veneer.
