the transistor tip30c and diodes 1n4001 are not available in market,,, can i use substitutes of them ....................
tip29c or tip31c instead of tip30c .....
1n914 instead of 1n4001???? please help.........

No!
TIP30c is a PNP device and the others you mention are NPN.
TIP32c is PNP. So are TIP42c, BD240c, BD242c etc.
There are very many other suitable replacements for TIP30 but choosing one will depend on what characteristics are relevant to your application (and if it has to fit an existing board layout).

There are many on-line resources for looking up transistor parameters and equivalents, many of these are operated by retailers.

For a 1N4001 you can always use the higher voltage versions: 1N4002, 1N4003, 1N4004 etc
See **broken link removed**

You can not use 1N914 because its max current is limited to 300mA, whereas it is 1A for 1N4001. Instead of 1N4001, look for the more common 1N4007. You might be able to find 1N4007.

Hope this helps.
Tahmid.
