My project file is huge since I did everything in one project, so I can't upload the project until I figured out a way to separate a single layout design, together with the associated layout file, substrate file, and simulation data nicely, and I do need help for this.
Therefore, let me just quickly explain this error message, just in case anybody is familiar with it.
I had a layout design, simulated it, got the s-parameters, and everything went smoothly without an error. Then I created a schematic component of this layout, used the simulated data. And I made a simple circuit with multiple such component connect in series, and measured s-parameters. It worked before, but when I changed the layout's geometry, re-ran layout simulation, re-created the component model, and re-ran the schematic simulation again, it gave me the following error message:
Invalid citi-data in the Layout Component ModelDatabase
Fatal error occurred while evaluating model 'MomCmpt', instance 'XXX'
(XXX is the name of my layout component)
I tried other layout components in the schematic, and they worked, so I'm totally confused here. I'll try modifying my design's geometry a little bit and re-run it to see if this error goes away.
Thanks!
