Hi,

there are various sleep modes ... or do you mean active?

If you don´t know operation mode, frequency, supply voltage, periferal usage .. we don´t either.

Thanks, we run it on 3v3, but it takes an analog voltage up to 16v into 8 of its ADC pins......there must be potential dividers inside the micro?...though i can see nothing of them in the datasheet?
 
To refer to original question, I believe this datasheet diagram should give an idea.
Regarding ADC input range, a brief view of the title page gives the answer. There are of course no internal voltage dividers.
