Hi,

To generate SPEF file using StarRC, whether DEF file is required or not?

If required why we need DEF file for generation of SPEF file?

starrc can use def/lef or gds/cdl to extracte spef file.
so if use def/lef flow must need def file, if use gds/cdl flow not need def file.
