what are the SRBs ? do they help in creation of RRC connection or are they created while RRC Connection is created?
I read that RRC Connection request goes upto the RNC and then the NBAP Radio Link allocation starts. How is it possible? shouldn'd NBAP setups be executed before the RRC connection request IE goes to RNC since node B and RNC cant communicate without NBAP...
