Spartan board De-Bounce Help

I am working on an assignment and I don't know how to debounce the push buttons and switches for the Spartan-3E board. I know I have to add some time-delay to get ride of the bounce, but I dont know how to do that in assembly language. =[

the best methode is, I think, pro button/switch an RS-FF to have, but minimum some gates w. Schmitt-input...

Hi,

I think you can try writing the software to handle the deboucing.
Unless you need the switch to be very fast.
Software solution save spave and cost.
