SNM curve during monte carlo in cadence

i have designed 6T SRAM circuit in cadence virtuoso. in ADE L , i am easily able to plot the butterfy curve. However when i am doing "Y vs Y" after monte carlo simulation i am not getting mirror image of DC sweep. Can anyone please help me? PFA .
