Smart-Solar Charger Panel

Hello. I am looking forward to make a bot. It would carry a Solar Panel, a battery that will be charged using the Panel and a seperate battery for the driving of the bot.
The bot should roam around a limited area and track down the area with maximum solar intensity. At such a place, it should wait and trigger the charging circuit. When the intensity of sunlight decreases, it should turn the charging off & search for a different place.
Is it feasible?
