[SOLVED] Skywater 130nm PDK without downloading or sudo commands

Hi,
I am trying to use the Sky130nm PDK on my university network using Cadance Virtuoso. Due to root privilege restrictions on my school network, I cannot download the PDKS, or run any sudo/install commands. I now have the PDK (or some part of it) after git clone. The problem is, I see empty layout files for the cell. Symbol and Schematic files are missing, and the layout files are blank.
1. How do I get the layout for at least basic cells like nmos, pmos or inverter?
2. I can add schematic and symbol files to the cell by editing cds.lib. I'm confused about the files that I need to add to the cds.lib in order to add schematic to the cellview.

I see them all in the Verilog files. Make sure to use the readme.

I manually created the symbols and used those for my circuit.
