Six-Pin (FX2) Accessory Headres of Spartan-E

Hi Guys

I'm working with two six-pin accessory headres of the Spartan 3E, namely J1 and J2. But, when I work with one of them they are working fine. As soon as I try to use both of them simultanesly, just only one of them is working: J1. I even tried with J1 and J4, again I seems that J1 had a priority to J2 and J4 but no where has been mentioned. Do you know what is going wronge?
