Simultating Microcontrollers

Hi, I use Orcad 10.0, and also have PSPICE 9.2. I also have circuit maker (trial version) Is it possible to simulate a microcontroller like 8051 or AVR with these?

I think you cannot simulate the microcontrollers in orcad. The best software for simulating 8051,avr,pic is Proteus 6.9

For simulating 8051,AVR and PIC can be done usind EDWinXP software .......go to www.visionics.a.se

and try it .......
