Simultating Microcontrollers

Hi, I use Orcad 10.0, and also have PSPICE 9.2. I also have circuit maker (trial version) Is it possible to simulate a microcontroller like 8051 or AVR with these?
 

I think you cannot simulate the microcontrollers in orcad. The best software for simulating 8051,avr,pic is Proteus 6.9
