hai all ,

i would like to know , how to plot impedance vs frequency plot for particular circuit in ads
 

If you mean Zin: in ADS there is a component which measures Zin.
Or you can write an expression for it which is: z = zin(Sii, Z)

in data display of ADS choose your Zin or whatever impedance you want to measure. It's quite simple
