Simple transmultiplexer question

Hi

I had a simple task at school :

Construct a transmultiplexer for converting two CEPT into one super group

It was easy for me ,, the answer is :

But there is another problem i couldn't solve ,, This is it :

Construct a transmultiplexer to convert 2 supergroups into any standard group in TDM systems

I know it is not as easy as the system above .. Can anyone help me with this or can guide me to a reference or example which can help me with this design

Copy paste to your Browser and view pages 93/94. For 120 channels you need a two stage TDM with a bit rate of 8.448 Mega Bits Per Sec.
