I am trying to configure SIMCOM SIM20 B radio modules (868MHz).
(Actual module model number marking on PC Board is: SIM20-TE_V1.02)
I am not able to set the CHA channel number to anything other than 0.
I think I should be able to set up to 14 RF channels at an air data rate of 10000.
I'm able to control the SIM20 Bs on TeraTerm terminal emulator and have logged my problem here:

What am I missing? Please can someone point me in the right direction?

It seems I may have my TxPower set too high?
RF power levels are regulated in my country...
Haven't actually tried it yet, but I'll check it out and let you know.

The SIM20 module disallows certain programmed parameters, depending on how the user tries to configure transmit power, number of channels, data rate.
