comsol diode

hi,
i am trying to simulate a heterojunction diode using COMSOL. For that, i am using Si and SiGe as n type and p type materials. I completed the other parts except the (Physics-Equation system) part..i was gone when i had a look..i could not even understand what it is..i am trying to implement the current density equations..Iam following the Attached paper and trying to implement the equations in COMSOL...Anybody is working in the same area? Can anybody, please guide me in this? every answer is appreciated.
Thanks
