Does anyone knows how to model Single Event Upset(SEU) current pulse in TSPICE.

thanks

You can get charge collection profiles from many sources,
but fitting the reality needs some data or device level
charge collection simulations.

You can get "close enough" for a lot of things with a
simple pulsed current source, calibrated to deliver the
charge you have determined is collected in real
elements. But this lacks realism in certain technologies
where there is not an "infinite" charge source behind
the ion track.

There are numerous papers on the nature of charge
collection and methods for simulating. IEEE is probably
holding most of them hostage ($).
