I have local host wamp server. I want to Control serial port on Windows via php program. I Googled I looked that we need to configure port, we need to open and then close. but still I am not getting starting point. Please tell what should be in php to send data to serial port

I don't understand What should I have to write in code
Is it enough
Configure port
Open serial port
Send data to serial port
Close serial port
