Hello, I would like to carry out a serial communication between some sensors and I would like to know if there are cards manufactured mainly for serial communication, that is to say that they also contain the protocol (buscan or modbus...) ??? if they exist please indicate them Thanks in advance

The protocol is how the data you want to send is packaged so it can be recovered at the receiving end. You need to tell us what speed, distance and the environment it has to work in before we can give more information.

Brian.

Thank you very much for your answer here is the specification: -The type of processor at each end BGM 13 -The amount of data exchanged: a few bytes 3 times per second for each of the nodes. -30 nodes on the serial link.
